Vegan Mac n’ Cheese

ImageThere are plenty of mac n cheese recipes I kinda smushed a bunch together to create this and I LOVE it. I could eat it everyday!

Vegan Mac n cheese

It exists, and its delicious.

What youll need:
1/2 cup Soy milk, almond milk, rice milk, hemp milk, whatever vegan milk of your choice I used almond breeze original
Pasta of your choice,
Diaya shredded cheese
Earth balance
Bread crumbs
2 tblsp Nutritional Yeast

How to:
Add salt to water & Boil pasta, and cook it to just about cooked,
put pasta into a baking dish , add some earth balance so it doesnt get tacky or sticky, mix
On low heat add milk , earthbalance and about half the bag of diaya cheese
while keeping watch constantly stirring, wait until everything melts, into a good cheesy mixture add 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast, sometimes I add more milk, sometimes I add more cheese, its never the same exact amount so if you feel like your cheese wont spread enough for the pasta, add more milk!

After melted add to your pasta and thoroughly mix carefully into your pasta,
cover with foil or lid and bake at 350 for about 20-30 mins
After the 30 mins pull out of the oven mix the breadcrumbs with the other tablespoon of nutritional yeast and place on top
Do not add lid or foil back on.
Once the topping is golden brown take out of the oven serve and enjoy ^_^
